Jalebi Bark
Enjoy the delightful fusion of white chocolate, the traditional sweetness of jalebi, and the crunch of pistachios in this easy-to-make Jalebi Bark!
INGREDIENTS
2 slabs White Chocolate
250g Jalebi
1/4 cup Chopped Pistachios (Pista)
Rose Petals for garnishing
METHOD
1. Boil water in a saucepan and place a bowl above it.
2. Add chopped white chocolate to the bowl.
3. Melt the chocolate, stirring until smooth and free of lumps.
4. Take a tray and evenly pour the melted white chocolate onto it.
5. Arrange jalebi, chopped pistachios, and rose petals over the melted chocolate.
6. Refrigerate the tray for approximately 10 minutes.
7. Once set, break the bark into pieces and serve immediately.

The product has been excellent and does the job what it says on the tin. Only small suggestion is to improve colour quality as it happened before that even with minor scratches, colour removed and shows metal product underneath
