If you're a coffee connoisseur and a waffle addict, consider your weekend made! Here's a recipe that indulges your two true loves. You're welcome!

Ingredients:


  1. 2 cups flour
  2. 1 tsp baking powder
  3. 1 tbsp castor sugar
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1 1/2 cup of milk
  6. 1 tbsp coffee powder

METHOD:


  • In a borosil glass bowl, combine all the dry ingredients together.
  • Add the eggs and milk; stir or whisk until combined.
  • Add coffee powder for flavour.
  • Cook waffles in the waffle maker.
  • Serve hot on a plate and top with chocolate sauce.
