    Huge carelessness and avoidence by production team at Borosil Jaipur facility.

    I ordered this Nora Black Coffee mug but was sent other design that I had not ordered.

    I could have kept it with me but due to scratch mark on it I had to return it.

    The scratching and other unwanted marks issue have become common and frequent. I have been raising the concern for last many months but it seems that there is none to care and fix and do needful.

    Borosil has been lacking quality measures for last around 6 to 8 months very much.

    But certainly appreciate that Borosil takes defective items back and refunds in full.
