    It leaks even when lid is closed

    It has leakage issue even after lid is closed. I had bought steel lid bottle previously and that was nice and I thought the same. But that's not the case.

    Water leaks like a local cheap bottle

    The lid did not have a rubber inside so water is leaking like a cheap roadside bottle. Customer care WhatssApp does not work, no one takes phone calls, only email and they are interrogating me with mail after mail as if I will make millions if they send me a new lid or replace the bottle. Extremely disgusted with this kind of customer service, I have been a loyal borosil consumer and this is my work bottle so it is a problem if it leaks, especially since it is advertised to be leak proof. Rather than solving my problem or refusing flatly, they have been interrogating me about the problem over mail after mail.
