We were searching for a compact and efficient hot/ cold flask for my mother since she traveled often. After a long search, we ended up in Borosil Trek Green. It looks stylish and is suitable for her handbag. It can also be used for hot and cold beverages and can withstand up to 7 hours. overall we were happy.
The product is good as per expectation. However delivery was very bad. As per tracker, all 10 bottles were delivered at a warehouse near to my office. But local team delivered items on 3 different days that is too after many reminders and finally had to escalate items. The delivery team leader was non cooperative and was not willing to listen to the issue and kept on making false statements that local warehouse has not received items.
