It is a very good & compact sized product easy to carry on outdoor trips
Ingredients:
- 1 rice paper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon chili oil
- Chopped spring onions
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Extra spring onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the Pan:
Preheat a pan over medium heat. Optionally, brush the pan lightly with oil to prevent sticking.Prepare the Base:
Place a sheet of rice paper in the heated pan and drizzle it with chili oil for a flavourful base.Add the Eggs:
Crack 2 eggs directly onto the rice paper and spread them evenly across the surface.Layer with Another Rice Paper:
Once the eggs start to set, carefully place another rice paper on top of the eggs. Press gently to help the top layer stick.Cook to Crisp:
Continue cooking until the eggs are fully set and the rice paper is crispy and golden, with the edges curling slightly.Garnish:
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and extra chopped spring onions for added crunch and flavour.Serve:
Slide the Vietnamese pizza onto a plate, cut into slices, and serve warm.
