Semiya Payasam
The payasam is a staple on festivals like Onam or the Tamil New Year but that's not to say we can't enjoy this delicious dessert all year round.
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp ghee
1/2 cup sevaiyan
1/2 cup water
1cup milk
2tbsp sugar
2tbsp condensed milk
1tbsp cashews
1tbsp raisins
1tbsp almonds
METHOD:
In a kadhai, add ghee, almond, raisin and cashews. Roast it well and keep aside.
In the same kadhai, add sevaiyan and let it roast. Then, add water and cook it for 2-3 minutes
In another kadhai, add milk, sugar and condensed milk. Bring it to a boil and then add the roasted sevaiyan along with dry fruits.
Serve warm or cold in glass katoris, and enjoy!

Product is quite good....but
while storing hot liquids overnight the rubber seal in the lid comes out while opening the bottle.
Is it normal ? ,or just happening with me...
No major complaints other than that.
