METHOD:
For Paneer Samosa:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and chopped green chillies.
2. Add onions, capsicum, and cubed paneer. Mix well.
3. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala.
4. Sprinkle amchur powder and salt, mix until well combined.
5. Fill samosa patti strips with the mixture, seal with cornflour slurry.
6. Fry until golden brown.
7. Serve hot with green chutney and ketchup.
For Cheese Corn Samosa:
1. Mix blanched corn with chaat masala, amchur, chilli flakes, herbs, black pepper, and grated cheese.
2. Add chopped green chilli and coriander.
3. Fill samosa patti strips, seal with cornflour slurry.
4. Fry until golden brown.
5. Serve hot with green chutney and ketchup.
For Aloo Samosa:
1. Mash boiled potatoes, add green peas.
2. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, amchur powder, garam masala.
3. Mix in chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
4. Add salt, mix until well combined.
5. Fill samosa patti strips, seal with cornflour slurry.
6. Fry until golden brown.
7. Serve hot with green chutney and ketchup.
