METHOD:
1. Immerse the Green Moong and rice in separate bowls, each with 4 cups of water, and let them soak for 7-8 hours.
2. Drain the soaked Green Moong and rice, and transfer them to a blender jar. Add broken green chillies, chopped coriander, and roughly chopped ginger. Pour ½ cup of water and blend until you achieve a smooth paste. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl.
3. Add salt and hing to the mixture and mix well.
4. Heat a tawa (griddle) and pour a ladle of the batter onto it. Spread the batter in a circular motion to form a dosa. Drizzle ghee around the edges and cook for 1-2 minutes or until the dosa turns golden brown and crisp. Gently loosen the sides, roll it up, and transfer it to a serving plate.
5. Serve the Protein Dosa hot with coconut chutney and sambhar for a wholesome and nutritious meal.
