Paneer Stir-fry with Vegetables
Surprise your taste buds with this quick stir-fry that's a flavour bomb and comes together in minutes.
INGREDIENTS:
1tbsp oil
1tbsp garlic, minced
1tsp red chillies, finely chopped
1/2 capsicum
1/2cup onions
1/2cup zucchini
250gms paneer
1tbsp teriyaki sauce
1tsp sugar
1tsp salt
1tsp pepper
1tbsp soy sauce
1tsp vinegar
METHOD:
In a pan, add oil and paneer. Let the paneer brown on all the sides and then add teriyaki sauce. Remove it and keep aside for later.
In another pan, add oil, garlic and chillies. Sauté for a minute, then add the vegetables and toss.
Once the vegetables soften a little, add paneer and the sauces. Season it and mix.
Serve it with rice and chilli oil.
