Makhana Kheer
Foxnuts or makhana in their sweet avataar will not disappoint. This creamy, flavourful pudding is also a heartening options if you're on a fast or 'vrath'.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups makhana
1 cup sugar
1tbsp ghee
2 cups milk
1/2cup dry fruits mix (pistachios, almond, cashew)
5-6 strands kesar
METHOD:
In a kadhai, add ghee and makhana. Roast it until they look a little golden brown.
Blend half of the roasted makhanas in the blender and keep aside.
In another kadhai, add milk, sugar and let it come to a boil. Once it starts getting a little thick, add makhana powder, kesar and dry fruits.
Let it boil for a few more mins and then add the whole makhanas. Serve and garnish with almond and pistachios.

The product has been excellent and does the job what it says on the tin. Only small suggestion is to improve colour quality as it happened before that even with minor scratches, colour removed and shows metal product underneath
