Kaju Katli Cheesecake
When East meets West, Kaju Katli Cheesecake happens! Give this dessert a try to indulge your sweet tooth.
INGREDIENTS:
For the base:
2 cups crushed biscuit (Marie biscuit)
1/4cup cashew powder
1/2cup melted ghee
For the filling:
1/4 cup cashew paste
3/4 cup heavy cream
1tbsp corn flour
2cup cream cheese
1tsp elaichi powder
1cup condensed milk
METHOD:
Add biscuits and cashews in the Nutrifresh grinder jar.
Add the ground mixture in a bowl and then mix in melted ghee. Let it all become crumbly.
Add the biscuit base in a cake dish and using a glass, press it in.
For the filling, put cashews in the Nutrifresh blender jar and blend it to form a smooth paste.
In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, cardamom, cashew paste, corn flour and heavy cream slurry. Lastly, pour in the condensed milk.
Whisk everything together and make sure it's lump free.
Bake it at 180° for 30 mins and let it cool down before serving.
