INGREDIENTS
For Roasted Cumin Powder:
4 tsp Cumin Seeds
For Jeera Chaas:
5 tbsp Curd
A pinch of Salt
1 glass of Water
METHOD
For Roasted Cumin Powder:
1. Take a pan and toast the cumin seeds until they become fragrant and slightly brown.
2. Transfer the toasted cumin seeds to a grinder and grind them into a fine powder. Store in an airtight container for later use.
For Jeera Chaas:
1. In a blending jar, add curd.
2. Incorporate the roasted cumin powder along with a pinch of salt.
3. Pour in the water and blend for about 30 seconds until well combined and frothy.
4. Garnish with a sprinkle of jeera powder and serve the jeera chaas immediately.
