It is a very good & compact sized product easy to carry on outdoor trips
Ingredients:
- Grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
- Tomato slices
- Salt and pepper (for seasoning)
- Oregano
Instructions:
- Place a frying pan on medium heat.
- Spread an even layer of grated mozzarella cheese across the pan.
- Allow the cheese to melt and form a crispy base.
- Crack 2 eggs directly onto the melted cheese.
- Add tomato slices on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and oregano to taste.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook until the eggs are done to your preference.
- Remove the lid, fold one side of the crispy cheese and egg mixture over, and slide onto a plate.
- Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
