Indulge in a guilt-free treat with this quick and easy Coffee Tiramisu. A delightful blend of dates, coffee, and creamy cheeses makes this dessert rich and satisfying without the fuss. Perfect for when you crave something sweet yet wholesome. Just blend, pour, and enjoy your coffee-flavored escape!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 7-8 dates
  • 2 tbsp coffee powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1.5 tbsp mascarpone cheese
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • Cocoa powder for garnish

METHOD:

  1. In a bowl, soak the dates in coffee and water for some time.

  2. Add the soaked dates, coffee, and water to a blender along with the vanilla essence, cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into a serving mug and garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

  4. Serve and enjoy your creamy, coffee-flavoured treat!
