INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp chili flakes
- 2 Maggi masala packets
- 2 packets Maggi noodles
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
- Cheese (for grating)
- Red chili flakes (for garnish)
- Spring onion (for garnish)
METHOD:
- In a bowl, combine chopped garlic, chili flakes, Maggi masala, soy sauce, and schezwan sauce.
- Heat 3 tbsp of oil until hot.
- Pour the hot oil over the prepared sauce mixture in the bowl.
- Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined.
- Cook the Maggi noodles according to the package instructions.
- Drain the water and add the cooked noodles to the sauce mixture.
- Mix the noodles thoroughly with the sauce until evenly coated.
- Grate cheese on top of the noodles. Garnish with extra red chili flakes and chopped spring onion.
- Serve hot. Enjoy your Chilly Garlic Maggi!
