INGREDIENTS:
For the filling
250 gms chicken mince
1 onion, finely chopped
1 spring onion, finely chopped
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1/2 cup coriander & mint leaves, finely chopped
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp jeera (cumin) powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt, as per taste
Oil for deep frying
16-17 samosa pattis
