Air-fried Chatpata Bhutta

INGREDIENTS:
2 pieces Sweetcorn on the cob
2 tablespoons Butter
1 cup Cheese
1 tablespoon Red Chilli Powder
1 tablespoon Salt
2 pieces Lemon
1 tablespoon Chaat Masala
Chopped Parsley
METHOD:
1. Blend softened butter, cheese, red chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, and chaat masala until smooth.
2. Peel corn husk, brush cobs with the prepared Chatpata Butter.
3. Air fry corn cobs at 180°C for 10 minutes, rotating and brushing with butter.
4. Top with more butter, cheese, and parsley. Enjoy the irresistible flavours!
