This superfood ABC Detox rejuvenates your body keeping you feeling good all day. It offers multiple health benefits because of the three main ingredients, apple, beetroot and carrots and helps flush out toxins from the system.

INGREDIENTS: Serves 2

1 beetroot, chopped

1 green apple, chopped

2 small carrots, chopped

A small piece fresh turmeric*

400 ml coconut water

2 amla, pitted

Pinch rock salt

Honey, to taste

* Note:

You can add a pinch of turmeric powder, instead of fresh turmeric.

METHOD:

• Place all the ingredients in the Nutrifresh blender jar and process until smooth.

• Strain and serve in Vision glasses, at room temperature or chilled.
