#BorosilTips:
1. The longer they rest, the stronger the flavour. 15 mins will get you a mild flavour which gets stronger with time.
2. You can reuse the fruit for more batches. Keep refilling that glass bottle. Once your fruit has lost all its flavour, compost it.
3. For the best flavour, drink it the day you make it. You might be able to get by within 36 hours, depending on how fresh your fruit is, but it’s best to make it when you want to drink it.
4. You can use sparkling or regular water. Use whatever kind of water makes you happy.
Happy Sipping!
