INGREDIENTS:
- 500g chocolate
- Water (as required)
- Fruits for garnish (optional)
METHOD:
- Melt the Chocolate: Add the chocolate to a bowl and pour boiling water over it. Let it sit until the chocolate melts.
- Thicken the Chocolate: Create an ice bath and place the bowl of melted chocolate over it. Whisk continuously until the chocolate thickens.
- Serve: Pour the chocolate mousse into serving bowls and garnish with fruits or your choice of topping.
