5 drool-worthy chocolate recipes you won't stop eating or making
Chocolates are nature’s way of saying sorry for making Broccoli! Well, don't we all know that chocolates are love made edible? Chocolate treats are what you need when you want the world to look up. Chocolate has the ability to say it all, without saying it. To thank mother nature for this divine indulgence, 7th July is celebrated as World Chocolate Day to celebrate this decadence.
Cocoa, a heavenly ingredient, was first discovered in Central America by Maya Indians around 600 AD. Ever since then we have come across varied trends of using it and today we have compiled a list of easy chocolate treats to make at home. Here are 5 most delicious chocolate recipes to make you drool!
Easy Chocolate Mousse
Step 1- Start by whipping fresh cream using the Borosil Smartmix hand mixer that comes with 2 chrome finished beaters until stiff peaks.
Step 2- Take a microwave safe bowl and add chopped chocolate to it. Place it in the microwave for 30 seconds to melt the chocolate. Mix well to get a consistent paste of melted chocolate.
Step 3- Add the melted chocolate to the whipped cream and fold gently. Whip it again using the Borosil Smartmix hand mixer.

Healthy Eggless Atta Chocolate Brownie
Step 1- Grease your pan with some melted butter. Make sure you evenly coat the sides as well
Step2- Line the pan with parchment paper to help you pull the brownies out once they are baked.
Step 3- Create a double boiler by placing a Heat Proof Borosil Bowl on top of a saucepan with some simmering water.
Step 4- Add your favorite dark chocolates and some salted butter and stir them together to melt them slowly until they form a consistent paste.
Step 5- Remove the bowl from the saucepan and let the chocolate cool completely.
Step 6- In another bowl put some powdered jaggery, some curd and use the Borosil Smartmix hand mixer that comes with 2 chrome finished beaters to dissolve the jaggery completely in the curd.
Step 7- Add a shot of espresso and a few drops of vanilla essence and mix well for a consistent brownie batter.
Step 8- Add the chocolate paste to the batter and mix it well using the Borosil Smartmix hand mixer.
Step 9- Add 3/4th cup of Atta, 1 teaspoon baking powder and a pinch of baking soda and give it all a final mix to perfectly combine all the ingredients.
Step 10- Transfer the batter into the pan and spread it evenly. Add a few chocolate chips on the top. Place the pan in your Oven and bake the brownies at 180 degrees. Preheat the oven and bake your brownies for 25 minutes. Baked Salted Caramel Chocolate Pie
Step 1- Start by creating a walnut biscuit base. Add 10 digestive biscuits, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/4th cup of walnuts, 2 tablespoons ghee into your Borosil Nutrifresh Grinder Blender and grind all the ingredients together.
Step 2- Pour the walnut biscuit base onto the Borosil glass plate which is oven and microwave safe, and spread the base evenly. Place the dish in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Step 3- To make the chocolate filling, take 200 grams of chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and add 175ml fresh cream into it. Place the bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds. Mix the melted chocolate and the fresh cream well to make a consistent paste.
Step 4- Take the biscuit base plate and evenly pour one jar of salted caramel on it and spread it evenly. Place it in the freezer again for another 10 minutes to help the caramel settle well on top of the biscuit.
Step 5- Once the caramel has settled, put the chocolate paste on top of that and spread it evenly. Place the dish in your Oven and bake it at 180 degrees for 20 mins. No Bake Chocolate Tart
Step 1- Add 10 digestive biscuits and some melted butter into your Borosil Nutrifresh Grinder Blender and grind all the ingredients together.
Step 2- Pour the biscuit base onto the Borosil glass plate and spread it evenly to make a thick crust.
Step 3- Add cream in your saucepan on medium flame and heat it well.
Step 4- take 200 grams of chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and add butter to it. Poul the hot cream into the bowl and mix well to form a consistent paste.
Step 5- Pour the chocolate paste evenly on the biscuit crust and spread it evenly.
Step6- Refrigerate it until it settles well. Cut and serve this easy to make dish and enjoy it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side for the most decadent chocolate treats!
Easy to make waffles
Step1- Take 2 cups of warm milk in Borosil's mixing bowl and add 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and set it aside for 5-10 mins.
Step 2- Add 1.5 cups of Maida in a Borosil's mixing bowl, 1/4th cup cocoa powder, 2 teaspoons coffee powder, 1 tablespoon baking powder, half teaspoon baking soda and ½ cup sugar. Whisk all the ingredients well to combine them together.
