  2. Any one customer will be entitled to one (1) Apple Watch Series 8 every day from purchases through Myborosil.com only with a minimum purchase of Rs. 3,000/- per order.
  3. As per the minimum purchase value, single customer can win one free gift only, either Apple AirPods or Apple watch.
  4. Daily 1 customer will win Apple Airpods and 1 will win Apple Watch respectively.
  5. Offer is only valid on the products purchased through official website i.e. myborosil.com
  6. Lucky winners will be selected daily on lucky draw basis across India. Prizes won by the winners of these lucky draws cannot be redeemed for cash at any point of time. The prizes won by eligible Customer is not transferrable.
  7. Employees of Borosil Limited and its group companies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the promotional offer.
  8. Borosil Limited has the sole discretion and has the right to exclude or disqualify any person from participating in and availing the benefit of this promotional offer without any consequences and obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
  9. The promotional offer is open from 24th Oct 2023, 00.01 hours to 8th Nov 2023, 23.59 hours both dates inclusive (the “Promotional Offer Period”).
  10. Lucky Draw winner's name will be disclosed on 10th day of purchase, however the realization of free gift shall happen in accordance with and only upon fulfilment of the provision(s) as set out in point 11 herein below.
  11. The said gift will be dispatched only after 10th day of announcement of the winner, if the product is found returned or cancelled, the Customer will be ineligible.
  12. Only products replaced due to damage or defect will be eligible for the free gift.
  13. To be eligible for each free gift offer single Invoice per order of Customer will be considered.
  14. Offer is only applicable on the paid order value inclusive of all coupons and offer deals.
  15. Borosil Limited reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this offer or discontinue this offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
  16. In case of any disputes, the decision of Borosil Limited shall be final.
  17. The winner decided by Borosil for this offer will be final and participants waive its right to challenge & dispute the process and winner declared hereby.
