How To Make Chilli Potato At Home?

Prep The Potatoes

Step 1: Rinse 3 medium-sized potatoes. 
Step 2: Peel and slice the potatoes into equal width and breadth.
Step 3: Add three cups of water in a bowl and add the potatoes in the water for 20 to 30 minutes.

Start combining the ingredients while your potatoes are soaked in water:

Step 1: Chop 1 whole onion (medium sized)! Add a small bell pepper (capsicum), 4 to 5 garlic cloves, 1.5-inch ginger and 2 green chillies. You can also take ⅓ cup of spring onions (optional).   
Step 2: Take a small katori and add 2 tsp of soy sauce and 2 tsp of red chilli paste or sauce. Try the spicy red chilli sauce.

Step 4: Put the flame on high, boil the mixture, and add a pinch of Ajinomoto.
