7 Day Replacement Policy
1. This item is eligible for free replacement within 7 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or incorrect item delivered to you. If we are unable to repair or replace the item satisfactorily, the defective / damaged item will be eligible for a refund.
2. Please keep the item in its original condition, with the undamaged brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories.
3. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
4. Please note that any damage caused due to usage will not qualify.
5. Refunds will be processed once the item is received by the warehouse, within 7 days of the receipt of the product at the warehouse.

Features of the OTG including fan function are good. The door also opens nicely and the OTG is really beautiful. I baked cookies, cake and pasta and everything has come out amazing.

Borosil 60l otg oven is wonderful. Their responses were quite good and quick. Only the grill tray was bent. Notified Borosil about it. They replied that the concerned person will get in touch. Apart from that the product and service is very good. I am happy I bought Borosil.
