I have the following recommendations based on my recent experience of ordering from My Borosil (order no. 1245262):
1. Train your staff to understand what the order means, and how to fulfill it.
2. Appoint a supervisor who would verify the order before it is shipped to the customer.
3. Keep the customer informed at the time of shipping the order, that your stocks are low. Customers wouldn't mind waiting for even 15 days until stock is back up. But, timely informing the customers is a must!
Following this simple strategy would not only remove any confusion but also increase your credibility.
