    Slight fault in design

    The cup bases are so smooth that those slide over the plate so easily resulting into a risk of falling while serving a cup and saucer set to someone. You should make the base design a little bit different so that it doesn't slide over the saucer. Otherwise a great product.

    Avoid online purchase

    The product is good; but buy it from an offline shop & not online.
    My product took apx 12 days to arrive from Rajasthan via Assam & Arunachal Pradesh due to delivery partner goof up. The delivery which should ideally take 3-4 days took apx 12 days !!
    Had planned to gift the set during a wedding & couldn't do so due to delayed delivery. The customer service at Borosil & Delhivery were also clueless and other than the tracking number ; no other support was given.
