INGREDIENTS: Serves 1
- ½ a ripe mango, diced
- 1 tsp grated fresh turmeric
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or hung curd
- 1 small banana, chopped, frozen
- ½ cup cooked quinoa, cooled
- Honey, to taste
• Place all the ingredients in the Nutrifresh blender jar and process until smooth.
• Taste and adjust sweetness.
• Transfer to a serving bowl, and garnish with your choice of toppings.
