Sweet Potato Tuk

The popular Sindhi food gets a healthy makeover. And we're certain this 'chatpata' recipe will turn you into an avid fan.


500gms sweet potato

‌2tbsp coriander powder

‌2tbsp red chilli powder

‌2tbsp cumin powder

‌2tbsp aamchur powder

‌2tbsp oil

‌1tbsp coriander


In a saucepan, add water, salt and let it come to boil. Add peeled sweet potato chunks and cook them until half done. 

In a mixing bowl, add all the spices and then add the sweet potato. Coat them well and put it in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes at 180°C

Remove the tuk and press it down a little bit using a bowl or any flat surface. Put it back in the air fryer for 6-7 minutes until crispy.
