    Service is poor

    I have recieved a bottle where letters of the name are not engraved properly when i requested to stire to donthe need ful i recieved a negative reply this is not after sale service rule. We get personalise product as we trust your quality but quality od letters engraved is highly poor and cheap. Not expected such service from a company loke borosil. Hence forth i have decided not to purchase anything from borosil and advice my known group not to buy from borosil any more
